What happens after purchase?
After purchase, you upload your product reference images and submit a short brief describing the scenes you want. Once your brief is in, our team starts on concepts and then delivers your final scenes on schedule.
What files do I need?
The only required files are your product reference images. You can also send visual style references if you want more creative control over the final scenes.
What is a product family, and what counts as one?
A product family is one shared product format you want scenes for, plus the reference photos, label or artwork files, and variant details needed to represent it accurately. It can include as many variations as you need when the package structure stays the same and only artwork, label text, flavor, scent, color, or other surface details change. A different size, shape, container, closure, or package structure counts as a separate product family.
What’s in a brief?
A brief is a simple set of instructions for the scenes you want us to create. You can choose from ready-made shot templates for common use cases like product launches, label updates, and social content, or customize each scene with product selection, style references, and shot type.
What is a scene?
A scene is one complete delivered visual package. It includes a 1:1 4K master image, social-ready crops, and a layered Photoshop file with a masked product for easier editing.
What is a concept round?
A concept round begins after you submit your brief. We first show a few quick concept directions for approval, then turn your selected direction into a polished final scene with accurate labels.
How do revisions work?
Each scene includes 1 revision. If something is off in the final image, we’ll use that revision to adjust the scene so you feel confident in the result.
What are the usage rights?
You receive full commercial usage rights to the final delivered scenes after payment.
How long do I have to submit briefs?
Each plan includes a window of time to submit briefs for your purchased scenes. These deadlines help us maintain fast turnaround times while still letting you order scenes on demand over time. You can submit multiple batch orders before your credits expire, and each batch is delivered within 72 hours.
